Administrative registrations

Registration is open from 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026.

Before you register

• Your CVEC tax payment certificate number for 2026-2027 (https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr );
• The CVEC certificate if the automatic check prompts you to submit it;
• Read the following documents: the online registration user guide, the guide to good messaging practice , the school information technology charter, the antiplagiarism charter, the code of Practice on Generative Artificial Intelligence
• The letter of commitment for outsourced visits
• the internal rules (as soon as you have access to Connect), the disciplinary rules (as soon as you have access to Connect);
• Civil liability insurance that is up to date and renewed if it expires during the year (keep it available and send it if requested).

• The previous year’s certificate of enrolment for non-EU students enrolling for a second year at a French institution, if applicable ;

Registration fees

All students with or without grants are invited to complete a D.S.E. (dossier social étudiant) in order to receive grants and/or any social benefits linked to student status. You must log on to the CROUS website (www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr).

Non-scholarship students :

• 254€ for French and EU students (indicative rates for 2025–2026)
• 3941€ for non-EU foreign students (indicative rates for 2025–2026)

Fees are paid online by credit card. You will find the payment procedure in the “Pégase Masters-Doctorants registration user guide”. Payment is activated once your file has been validated by the DRED department.

Scholarship students :

Students receiving a grant based on social criteria are exempt from registration fees.
You must send a copy of your scholarship notification (sent by the CROUS) on line or, failing that, to contact.master@oniris-nantes.fr as soon as possible by e-mail. Receipt of this notification will trigger your scholarship payment procedure.

Your student card and certificates of attendance will be issued at the start of the school year, on receipt of a complete application (supporting documents submitted and registration fees paid).

The administrative registration is completed using the Pégase platform.

Your situation

• If you are a new PhD student at Oniris VetAgroBio, your application must first have been validated on the Amethis platform by your Doctoral School (BS, SIS or VAAME).
• If you are currently a PhD student, you must re-register for the 2nd or 3rd year. Your re-registration can only be finalised if your CSI has been completed and validated by the doctoral school on the Amethis platform. You must also previously finalise your re-registration on Amethis.
• For 3rd year PhD student who defend their thesis before 31 December, you do not have to re-register as the academic year runs until 31 December (after this date you will have to re-register).
• For 3rd year PhD student who submit their doctorate after 31 December, you must first carry out a CSI and submit a request for an extension on the Amethis platform.

Online registration calendar for the academic year 

Administrative re-registration for the new academic year takes place between 1 July and 30 September.
You can register for the first year of your doctorate at any time during the year.

• Civil liability insurance/assurance responsabilité civile that is up to date and renewed if it expires during the year (keep it available and send it if requested).

• One passport-size photo of the face only if first-time registration ;
• A valid national identity card or passport if first-time registration ;
• The last diploma obtained if first-time registration ;
• Consent for the processing of personal data and RGPD;
• CVEC certificate if the automatic check prompts you to submit it if first-time registration ;
• 2026/2027 scholarship certificate, if applicable;
• Valid residence permit for this academic year, if applicable;
• Proof of disability or a request for special arrangements, if concerned;
• The certificate of enrolment from the co-supervising institution, if applicable;
• The residence card or residence permit entitled “Residence card for a family member of a citizen of
  the EU/EEA/Switzerland”, if applicable; 
• The sworn statement, ticked, dated and signed. Please submit the version that applies to your situation: first enrolment or re-enrolment.

Registration fees

The registration fee is 397€ (indicative rates for 2025–2026).

A student and campus life contribution (CVEC) of 105 euros (indicative rates for 2025–2026) must be paid to the CROUS. This contribution must be paid before enrolling at Oniris VetAgroBio. 

Co-tutelle students register with both institutions involved in the co-tutelle agreement. They pay tuition fees at one of the two institutions and are exempt from paying them at the other (depending on the cotutelle agreement between the two institutions). Proof of enrolment at the co-tutelle university, other than Oniris VetAgroBio, must be provided on enrolment.

Your student card will be issued at the start of the academic year, provided your application is complete (supporting documents submitted and enrolment fees paid). Your certificate of enrolment and proof of payment will be available to download from MonDossierWeb (accessible via Connect Oniris).
